MAIN CONDITIONS:
- Minimum investment of €300,000 + VAT in residential
or other property in Cyprus. - In addition, a secure annual income of €30 000 of the applicant and/or spouse (plus €5000 for each dependent person) from sources originated from abroad.
- Similarly, the residence permit holder must visit Cyprus at least once
every two years. - After that, the applicant must deposit a minimum capital of €30.000 into an account in a financial institution in Cyprus, which proved to be transferred from abroad, which will be pledged for a period of at least three years.
